Building my buyers list.
Today's question:
Your experiences with Investor buyers.
As I build my investor list, it seems there is a good appetite in the market for discounted REO properties. As I reach out to investors I find there are investors in my state/2state area, and there are investors working across the United States.
As I shift into a new way of thinking and a new way of doing my business, is it all pretty much the same if the investor comes from half way across the country or just down the street in my home town?
I really enjoy being in the Success Academy. They are doing a very good job of keeping me moving toward making my offers, while at the same time firmly reminding me of the importance of building my list of buyers first.
Sure wish I would have joined this years ago....
But I also know there is no time like today!!

I am staying focused on building my buyer list.
The great people at the Success Academy are right on when they say the buyers list is the key to success.
My expectation is to finish 2011 with $200k in real estate income.
Not too hard to do if I stay connected to the message here, the mentoring and the enthusiasm of this group.
Today is a day to get more online ads set up, build a calling list for this week of people to call who may know someone, or if they themselves may be ready to invest, and BUILD MY LIST !!

I have been learning alot from talking with the coaches at the Success Academy.
Using a strategy I gained in a conversation with them this morning, in 90 minutes today I tripled by Investor Buyer List.
I watched Dean's video blog today and I too want to thank his people at Dean Graziosi and also the Coaches at the Success Academy.
I am planting my seeds now, to have a remarkable 2011.

How are you using the two hours a day that you are putting in? Sometimes hearing what someone else is doing gives someone else an AHA moment.

Thanks for the follow up.
I have posted ads on Craiglist, Backpage, and ebay, (the old Kijiji)
I put up bandit posters with tear offs on the bottom.
I responded to posts on ****.
But most importantly, has been to join a Real Estate Investing Club and participate.
Keep working at it. Keep talking to people. And I believe what the coaches are telling me, building my buyers list is most important.

I probably should have know better...
Listening to too many people giving me advice would just lead to confusion....
I thought I was following the directions....
instead I apparently followed the directions wrong and now don't know what to do....
wasted days and wasted efforts....
Back to the books and stop listening to confusing cross messages from people....

Just watched Dean's TV show again this morning.
Will be listening to the Audio of 'Your Town Your Profits' at the gym tonight.
Since joining DG I have been building an investor buyer list, and learning the material in the books and audio's.
I expect to catapult to success in 2011.
Joined a Real Estate Investing Group but not sure how to move forward with that. They have not had a meeting yet since I joined.

2011 will be a Great Year for me.
I would appreciate any suggestions on the idea of finding people who have the credit and want to do the '25 to 1' REO buying strategy. I know where the 200 day old REO's and Estate Sales are located, I just don't have the credit to make the offers in my own name.
May 2011 bring all the Success you Dream for.
