F.E.A.R.

I finally took action on everything I have been studying for almost a year now. It's amazing, nothing happens when you don't DO no matter how much you study. As Dean says "knowledge plus action", well I was missing the action portion of that. I kept thinking that I had to learn more before I could start. Well two days ago I finally put 2 ads on craigslist and by the end of the next day I had 2 calls and 1 email for tenant buyers. Looked through craigslist for homes and think after only an hour of looking that I have found a match. The deal is far from done, but am very excited about how fast it's already moving with just a little action. Amazing how I was letting fear of failure keep me from starting.

F.E.A.R. = false evidence that appears real

One final note, I joined the Success Academy almost a year ago. But had not called them for help until 2 days ago, when I heard Dean say ( I think it was in the Edge 2010 DVD, and I think he was refferring to Carol Stinson ) that she was felt like she couldn't call the SA, he then said " she paid a lot of money for them, that's what they are there for". I guess I needed someone to slap me and point out the obvious.

Thank you all for all the encouragement and little bits here and there to help us newbies take action. If it wasn't for this website and everyone that contributes I would have just read the books and never have taken action.
