I have recently bought Dean's "Your Town, Your Real Estate Profits" book

I have started reading this book. I just started 2 days ago and I'm on Chapter 7 now I can't seem to put it down. I also just became a member of the DG website and now I am just filling my head with knowledge. We are a very young, but determined couple and ready to get started. We have no experience whats so ever on real estate. I have recently talked to a couple of individuals on here that suggested I join an REI group in my city. I will be looking into that ASAP. We are willing to do whatever it takes. We both live in two different states but willing to both put in the hard work so one day we can live together. Reading the book, in Chapter 5 Joe & Stacey's story I remember reading that each day they collected one fact about there target area of interest. We too decided to do that also, thought that was a great idea to learn something new about our market daily. We also decided to set a weekly goal to be one step closer to becoming sucessful. This weeks goal is to finish the book and find an REI group to be apart of.
