use the "Send PM" to send private messages to other members, especially when you send your personal info, i.e. phone number, email, etc. As much as they try to monitor this site, it is not 100% scam proof.

Have you run an ad on Craigslist?
It is amazing how quickly cash flowing deals get a response from investors.

Iam so lost and dont even know where to start? I have no money to get started What would be my first step?
I suggest you meet some investors at realestate auctions and say If I find a deal, better than your looking for, would you be interested? Get their information and start looking for what their criteria is, Put out sighs that say I buy houses any condition and get the property under contrACT AND ASSIGN THE deal to an investor, get paid A nice finder fee, using no money.

I did sign and AD on craigs list But I meet a lot of investor on line. I found owner that was sale their home. I'm working on two now. That why I'm looking for fund. This owner is moving out of state and do not want to be a long distance landlord. I'm getting tenant to move in the home.

Just be careful how you advertise. There are guidelines and restriction in which you must adhere when marketing to the public for PML if you are not registered with SEC (Security and Exchange Commission)
(It's been said an IRS audit is a blessing compared to a SEC violation) LOL
But I'm sure you have that covered. Just a friendly reminder.
