I live in Detroit, the weather is starting to get Bad, those oustside signs are not going to work because it is wet and windy, I need a new stategy, Ive posted on craig list and I am working with limmited money. I have been giving offers, but haventy done any deals. Any encouraging words? I cant give up , I have a family!

I am new to the game in wholesaling, been really trying hard, still havent made a deal, can someone give me a encouraging starting Ideas/

I have been in realestate for a couple of years and I have made up my mind to stop fearing calling some people back with expensive properties wondering why they would even do a deal with me for no money down.I have decided to go hard no matter what!
