OfflineHello everyone, I am in the process of re-reading deans books over and over again. I have learned alot and have a million questions on the things I have learned and read. I am looking for an experienced investor that I can shadow and show me the ropes so I can head down the right path. I will enthusiastically and agressively go forward with my investing if I do not find a mentor but I would rather have a mentor.
For anyone that does not mind sharing knowledge in my local area NC, moorehead,havelock,new bern, please PM me so we can communicate and see how we cqan benefit each other. I am going to learn as much as I can so I can share my success with those that need it most. There are many out there that need, help and If I can just help one family or person I will consider that to be a success, but I will not stop there.
I am actively following deans plan as much as time and money will allow me to do at the moment. I will make a way and I will succeed, it is just a matter of time. I have begun the methodical process of contacting local realtors and weed out the DUDS to find my perfect match. Next will be real estate lawyer, signs and voice recording as suggested in the books.
I gave myself a realistic goal of three years to be self sustaining so I can transition out of my current job. This book, website, mentors, pure determination and desire will be my ship that I will steer on this journey to success. Who is with me!!!

Well today is Dec06 2011, I will be pricing materials for my bandit signs today. After that I will do some searches and drive the neighborhoods in my are for those hidden ons that are not advertised. You never know unless you look and like it has been mentioned you have to go out there and do some leg work, talk to some people and shake some hands.
This week I will visit some local banks and see what they have in REO's. Next week I plan on going to the court house to become familiar with that aspect of the business. I am still actively searching for that awesome realtor. Patience is key but action is unstoppable.
