Eric Himebaugh. I buy houses and wholesale in the QC area.
We are actually trying to sell our home south of the Quad Cities on the Illinois side. 12 year old custom home on 87 acres; also offering home with just 10 acres.
Health issues have forced us to move to warmer weather; otherwise, lived and worked in this area pretty much all my life (and, unfortunately, my years are adding up faster than I wish!)
Here's hoping the banks will start lending and the real estate market heats up with the outside temperature this Spring!
