Hey Jared … I’m really impressed to read about the cities and states you’re looking to do your real estate investing. It appears that you have a great system in place and you know exactly what you want to purchase!
It can be a little challenging to find motivated sellers if you're not in the city you want to invest, so enlisting "property locators" is a great way to get the ball rolling.
Obviously I don’t know what else you’ve done to attract motivated sellers, but starting on the DG site is a great start. You can also place classified ads on free websites like;
www.CragisList.org
www.UPillar.com
www.Kijiji.com, etc.
Along with this you can use free FSBO sites to track down properties; www.FSBO.com
www.ForSaleByOwner.com
www.VirtualFSBO.com.
You can also set up a free account on www.**** were you have
access to over 100,000 real estate professionals all over the U.S. This is a great site because you can specifically find investors/sellers in the exact locations you’re seeking.

Are you still interested in some properties in Wisconsin. I also have one I will be looking at near Summerset Lake just into Northern Illinois. A ranch home, landlord wants out.
