So I was applying for both personal and business cards, but I froze up when it mentioned that by federal law that the address of my LLC cannot be a p.o box address when initially applying, but can be switched later after credit card application has been approved.
So my question, is it illegal or legal for your LLC and apartment address to be the same if you're applying as self employed for both personal and business credit cards, or is that not possible?
By the way I am in Tampa, FL in case this makes a difference.

When I set mine up in NE, my lawyer told me that I had to use a physical address to set it up for my federal & state Articles. And I was able to use my apartment address. I could change the address at anytime as long as it wasn't a PO Box. I did, however, use a PO Box on my business cards.
Hope this helps,
Corey
Thank you for the feedback, I feel more comfortable with using my address since I see you put your apt address still for your business cards like I was planning to, but just to play it safe, you gave me the common sense to ask a real estate lawyer for this basic question. Thanks alot! Hopefully others can give the same feedback you gave, so I can know that it's not a big deal after all.
Im a Canadian and I have to fisically drive into USA to set mine up .
also I wonder if a LLC in every State is required or is Utah cover them all .
In workshops training in Canada we were told 1 off shore LLC is best .
As if anyone tried to come after us they would have to get a Lawyer in this country .Kenneth
