FEAR

Went to 3 day training and we got what we needed (mentor) to get over the FEAR,ok I ( Aaron ) got what I needed but we both needed the help that Deans support team has to offer.
I way over analyze everything so getting a system in place is what we needed,no more dragging my feet I am saying that out LOUD right now...I said it I own it..
Im getting out of my comfort zone and its scary but its not going to stop me..

People dont let FEAR hold you back,its not going to hurt you its all in your head.
The groups presenter Brock Madsen is awesome,he tells you how it is straight up no BS and we appreciated that, so if he reads this thank you Brock very much.

I think most people are afraid of what they have never done before, but as we do the small things leading up to the big things they look so much smaller than they first did.Fear is all in how you look at it, the negative attitude ( I will not be able to do it, I will lose all my money )or the positive attitude ( its not that hard and people who are much worse off than me do it all the time and its easy compared to the hardest work i have had to do...) You will believe what you tell your self so if you tell your self you can't do it you have already lost. If you look for the bad in every thing you will find it, so look for the good and be positive and live the life you have always wanted.

The worlds most successful men all had positive attitudes and some started with less than most of us had.

Every single one of us who are doing this were very afraid also! Anyone who tells you that they weren't is not telling you the truth.

Most of us have put up our signs and then not answered the phones when they ring. Or we are so afraid to call back. Or we actually throw up out the car door before we get to an appointment. Or just quit, telling ourselves it doesn't work, when the truth is the fear just takes over.

You have to want it stronger than the fear. REALLY, REALLY want it! And almost always, every single step you push through, you shake your silly head and say, "Really? That's all it was? That was nothing!"

I think that is why we always say after the first deal, they just start rolling in easier and easier. It's because you see that it actually is easier than we lead ourselves to believe.

Don't misunderstand though! You still MUST prep and know what Dean teaches you to do. You CANNOT just go out there and wing it! There is a formula. Follow that formula. Over and over. Learn how to do your numbers. This is one of the biggest problems that people have and is one of the UTMOST IMPORTANT steps!

Then just do it and do it and do it until you are doing it!!!

Thank you Leland and Karen,yes I agree we all have fear and we all MUST face it to grow. Trust me when I say im going outside my box and it scares me but its not going to stop me..
I look foreword to this awesome journey and the people I meet along the way.
Getting the numbers right is key,it has to be when starting out cant afford the mistakes when starting out.
Getting great education is key also, no winging it here lol sorry that just sounded funny saying that, im eating chicken wings and the pun is funny, very important tho to get educated.

Dig deep and find out what your fear is and take it on face to face..

Talked to an agent this week end and she made me step back for a minute,she started chewing me out saying what im doing is illegal and she was going to report me.WOW this took me off guard I wasnt expecting this.I had to regroup for a minute and thought NO IM NOT, I told her I was the buyer and whatever I wanted to do with my contract was as legal as what was in the contract!!
This woman told me that I needed to leave now.
Talk about FEAR, I second guessed myself because of her ignorance and went home thinking I was wrong. IM NOT and I know it,but why did I think I was wrong then?
I do know tho,its her problem not mine move on to next..

I think Im going to start a blacklist as I call it for all the negative people we come across,agents,contractors,lawyers,well you get it.Later down the road I wont be sending my deals to them,I will send them to positive people we come across...

Work thru it move on..

Don't start a black list. That is putting attention on the negative. Law of Attraction.

If you start a list, start a bright and beautiful "angel list" of all the positive ones.

Never give the other people the value of your further attention!

The interaction you had with the agent is a perfect example of how we have the unfair advantage that Dean works on teaching us about. We will come across a lot of people who do not know what we know. When we are just starting out and learning our business walking in faith and knowing it works because so many others are a success we come across these people that tell us it does not work and it is illegal because they don't realize that they don't know what they are talking about. So when we come across these people that try to shoot us down and go on the offensive telling us to leave we should step back and say to ourselves this person really doesn't know what they are talking about and what they are missing. I am still learning every day and I know now we may have to talk to 100 agents to find one or two that are stars. It is like shucking 100 oysters to find a pearl or two or three. Look at it as just part of the business.
I know about fear and inner conflict and things that hold us back. We will just have to keep learning and growing and going on about our business. Good luck.
