Just joined and have some confusion but I live in Murrieta. Unfortunetly there are no club/groups for us on this forum. I have checked but lets keep trying. This area is really bad. I will be relocating within a month towards Ventura as I can't find work here. So good luck. Chin up

We are in the wrong area. Go to REI Clubs/Groups. Their you will find others to join and are inland empire. hopes this will help. good luck

Hi Kimmy. We are in the Inland Empire, too! There are certainly no shortage of homes here, are there??!! All that is left is the courage to move forward and make some offers!! Which areas in the IE are you most interested in? Have you found any REI clubs here yet? We have been looking, also. We look forward to talking with you!

I haven't found any clubs out in my area (Palm Springs Area), but I have found an REI Club that gets together in Rancho Cucamonga. What part of IE are you in? Perhaps we can get together at one of these REI meetings.

Hi Kimmy! I just sent you a PM! Sorry, didn't check here first! We would very much like to get together at a REI meeting. We have not been to any of them yet, but I did some research and found the one that meets in Rancho Cucamonga and I think there is one that meets in Highland once a month. If you are interested I can pass the info on to you. We are in the Big Bear area but plan to do most of our deals in the valley. Thanks for writing back and we look forward to chatting more with you and hopefully meeting each other soon.

And the real estate agents I do know and friends and family laugh at me (naysayers!) I know I can do this!
