I am intelligent and super enthusiastic, but afraid. I am hoping that there is someone in Fresno CA that might be willing to help me get going. Tony is right. Have you read 30 days to RE Cash? It would also be helpful to fill out your Bio so everyone can know who you are. I was just in Fresno 2 weeks ago and currently marketing in Fresno, although I am in Sacramento. I have family there also. You can send me a private message (pm).

I live in santa Barbara county and if I can do it here you can do it there. The book 30 days to real estate cash will help you out. Fresno is a great market and easy to work as well. I have worked deals there over a weekend so I know some of the area. Please do your bio so we have info to look at...NOW GO GET SOME
