I actually have been looking into them here in my city... Unfortunately, there aren't really any here. My mentor here at KW is also an "investor friendly" Realtor and he holds foreclosure home tours...

I have been on a few with him, but NOW actually have my business cards for the next one coming up....

I am hoping to get up to where they hold these REIA meetings (about 1 hr away from where I am) sometime VERY soon, in order to network...

This is EXACTLY my plan.... I plan to just keep working this Real Estate career/game as I have and keep advertising myself and try putting my name out there.... I am going to do ALL possible on my part to attract my clients and get as many deals done as possible!! Eventually it's BOUND to "fall into place" and get me to my dream!!

I will treat ANY and ALL investor clients and friends of mine like family... It's the ONLY way to get EVERYONE in this investing in RE on top!!

If I were you like Karen said go to the REIA's, google meetup.com & type real estate & go to all the reia's you can find. Also call Google ads "we buy houses" & craigslist ads for the same.

Also go to auctions those buyers are great they pay cash & dont even see the houses & pay more too. Also facebook, do you have business page? twitter, linkedin, google plus.

Going to open houses for other investors especially on fixers & foreclosures. If there are reia's you cant get to call them email them for investors you want to represent. I would proof them up a lot of them are going to be wholesalers which is ok as long as they know what they are doing & have a buyers list, one thing you can do is interview them, each client & fell them out by asking questions.

That's what I do, I ask buyers about how many deals they have done if any, tell me about their last 2 deals, how long in the biz, check out their POF, is it like ours we use from besttransactionfunding.com or from another transactional funding co., liike I said that is ok at least with me it would but you have to know if they are players or not so you dont waste your tiime.

They could be a wholesaler who has a strong buyers list or not so find out.
