How were you "approached"? Was it AFTER you bought one of Dean's programs?What do you mean by money up front?
Did they say they're from Dean's Success Academy?

I dont believe they said they were fron Deans Mentoring Academy or anything ... and what they want is to charge me thousands of dollars upfront using a credit card before they will start 'helping me'. What is the number fro me to find someone that is working for Dean to help me ? And will that cost me anything ?

I am glad you got your mentor question clarified. After a while, I realized that Dean is a great mentor. Anytime I need advice or to feel motivated, I can watch the on-line videos (such as Deal of the month), pick up one of Dean's books, or participate in the DG website. This has helped me continue the journey and given us inspiration to be where we are today. Good luck on all your real estate deals. Believe and Achieve!
