Eastern Shore Investors Needed for Networking

Eastern Shore Investors Needed for Networking

Hello. My name is Julian and I am a VERY NEW Investor. I have just read Deans newest book and am extermely excited to get started. If you are familiar with the area then you already know the incredible amounts of properties for sale. If not... there is an astounding amount of opportunity for rent(possible sale) and FSBO's.

I havent done any deals yet as I am re-reading the book to expand my knowledge so that I dont make any mistakes. I am extremely motivated and want to improve the quality of life for my daughter and girlfriend who has been there with me throughout the roughest of times.

I am looking forward to networking with any individuals who are experienced in any kind of RE Investing.

Where i am

Hi Vincent.
I am in Maryland on the eastern shore close to Seaford, DE.
There are a lot of properties for sale out this way. I am lookin to fine other investors who wouldnt mind paying a finders fee. I would also be happy to split profits with another investor lookin to get theit career off the ground.

I havent landed any deals yet but am actively reading both books again and taking notes. I want to be prepared to enter this with all the knowledge I can. Best of luck to you.

Hey Julian

I am also in Maryland near Andrews Air Force Base and there are alot of foreclosures in my area also, if you find anyone out there that are paying finders fees let me know and I will do the same for you, I have written down over 75 foreclosures in just a 10 mile radius of my home and there alot more that I just have not got to yet..

foreclosures

Will do.

How did u go about finding out if they were foreclosures or not. I need to get my cashflow up some before I get the foreclosure finder program. I heard from other posts that the service is well worth it.

Good luck Tony.

foreclosures

If you drive by a house and it has papers in the window that you can see get the address and run the address at the Maryland tax assessment website www.maryland.gov and go to court records and go to property search, also I use the website www.zillow.com and go to your area and click on foreclosures, let me know if this helps or you need more help...

Thanks.

Thanks man that was great info!! I never heard of zillow before and I have have found at least 10 forclosures in the surrounding area. Now to line up some buyers and set the wheels in motion.

Your welcome

NJ

Hey Julian!

Thanks! And all the best to you and your family! I'm in Central NJ with my parents. We joined back in April, but our progress has been slow so far. We are continually learning as we look for a "buy and sell" property. Our biggest problem at this point is no money to put down. I'm going to see if I can get somewhere with assignment of contract deals that can get us some money to work with. Do you know anybody around here who has money and is looking to partner?

WORD OF ADVICE ..........

In the short time that I've been associated with Dean's organization ... I've sent out several messages all with the same advice ...... The First thing you need to do as an Investor is to seek out people with like interests .... DuH ? And to accomplish this you need to find or assemble a group called REIA " Real Estate Investors Association " In your area and if you can get one close Watch the Papers for Property Auctions ... There you will find " INVESTORS " to ask about properties they are looking for ( Bird Dog Fee's ) and valuable contacts which could be fashioned into your own REIA

You can Google REIA " Real Estate Investors Association " and come up with a list of REIA's in the area

I currently belong to the REIA here in Greensboro NC ( East Coast ) and have made many GREAT Connections

Hope this helps You out
