Hi big boss 79. As much as I know regarding assignments as long as you are using the right paper work and taking the right steps it is legal to do assignments in Ohio. If you would like to know in details regarding assignments or sandwich leasing paperwork your best choice would be talking with the real estate attorney. When i had the appointment with him, i made sure that the first consultation is free. They definitely like to preach bla bla)))) but they are very helpful. Its always good to have attorney side you because each deal is going to be different and will require different paperwork.

what you could do is if you know the address of the home type it in the real estate analysis system located on you left under student resources, it will give you some information about the property, also if you are working with the realtor, he/she could help to research the house.

I was wondering i have found 2 bulk deals that have great equity and cash flow. Is this something a rookie should even think about and can it be done on assignment. should this even be tried?

Hi Everyone, I have been here for quite sometime and really learnt a lot on this site. I have not done any deals yet though i think and breathe real estate daily. Through my interactions here, i have realized one thing, it pays to learn every day and the DG website is full of helpful people.

I am currently in real estate school and will be out in a couple of weeks. I already have a realtor ready to work with me. I am also developing a website that will be solely geard towards investors and only properties that i know investors will love.

My primary aim is to be an investor, but currently i will need to know more about the city since i have just moved here from another part of the world.

I live in columbus but already have made contacts with people in other parts of the state. I have a friend who has boarded two of his homes in Cleveland and Akron. The cavs have let me down but maybe the bucks will. As far as your realestate journey don't think about it JUST DO IT!

Dayton Ohio here as well and have found plenty of deals. Seems like everything I see is a deal in one way or another. I am learning to get creative and I think this market is perfect for making money.

Some of the posts here are getting quite old, is their any still active investors in the Dayton area? Make a post and let us know you are still there.
