My business associate has about 10 homes he personally owns throughout Philly

Are you looking to buy??? I can't give exact #'s but each house I strongly believe has a monthly cash flow of a minimum of $400+

I'm looking for investment properties in Philadelphia. Single,2,3,4 families and student housing, that are up to 60% of market value. They can require rehabbing I can close quickly.

Hi everyone

I haven't been on here in awhile. had some developments in my family recently. I am still looking for a mentor so I can learn how to become a real estate investor as well as looking to purchase my first home. If anyone can help me or point in the right direction, I would greatly apprieciate it.
