I have been investing in real estate since 2007 and am currently a full time investor. I am a landlord, wholesaler and have completed several rehab projects. I have been a licensed Realtor in 2003. I owned and operated a commercial/residential contracting company for 10 years. Spending time with my family is probably the most important thing to me. I believe family time is what makes the world a better place. I have been a youth soccer coach since 2011. I enjoy being around kids, not just because I they help keep me young but because I enjoy watching them grow and influencing them to be good people. I enjoy reading and learning and especially enjoy creative process. Among other things business, investing and self-improvement are at the forefront of topics that interest me from a professional standpoint. I find great satisfaction in investing in real estate mostly because of the endless boundaries and limitless possibilities that it offers. Most of all I like the mystique behind it. I don’t spend too much time sitting still. I can be a little more energetic than most and am known to go out of my way in order to indulge in a surge of adrenaline. I like adventure, extreme sports and high pace activities. Mountain biking, rock climbing, parkour, soccer, traveling and hiking to list a few. I always do my best to live a true life. I try to use good judgement, principals and to act ethically in all that I do. I work hard, not always on the right thing. I try to set a good example and always look for the opportunity to perform a kind deed. I try to influence others to be better and indulge in long term friendships. I enjoy traveling and making new friends. I live to do something new. I have been playing drums for almost 30 years. I probably spend more time than most surfing for music always trying to find the next big band. I take advantage of any opportunity I get to work behind the scenes in entertainment. I enjoy micro-brew beers and sometimes make my own. I enjoy building and fixing things, guess that part of the lure of real-estate. I strive to live the best life I dream possible.

1st Step
I am celebrating a plateau today. I contacted about 15 banks and found 4 that will work with me on refinancing investment properties and am expecting to hear from 2 tomorrow. I am hoping to get the REO contacts as well. As you can see, I have set up my account on DG today. looking forward to tomorrow, I am going to create some ghost ads and gather my list of expired listings.
