Looking for a field partner in Indianapolis

I am new to the DG family and recently joined the Success Academy. My business partner and I live in San Diego Calif. and are interested in investing in Indianapolis. We are looking for Single family 3 bedrooms houses that need cosmetic repairs. We have been searching the websites and want to connect with someone from Indianapolis who could serve as our "eyes" in viewing the properties that we would like to consider in making offers. We also want to connect with any Bird Dogs in Indianapolis who can give us leads to good deals.

Have you considered the Dayton Ohio market? Lots of opportunity here. On the same note though, Indy isnt that far from me and I could always drive that way. Shoot me a PM and let me know.

South Bend

Have you considered South Bend Indiana? 90 miles east of Chicago with its own airport with connecting flights, Notre Dame Univ. Many great starter homes for cheap. I'm out of a suburb of Chicago and have invested there presently in renovation. I would like to partner up with someone interested in the area

Thanks for the responses to my request to field partners in Indianapolis. I have not looked into the Dayton, Ohio market and South Bend, IN market. I will check these areas out and get back to both of you later. Thank you for this information. I am looking for a SFH that does not have more than $8K for rehab repairs and will cash flow.
