We are on the NH/MA line (Southwestern NH/Central MA) but are willing to look for properities throughout all of NE. Deb has been working throughout MAssachusetts and knows the Central MA area well. While we have a strong knowledge of NH as we have lived in the state for the past 6 years. Again we are looking to get started stronglyu with our knowledge of the NE area.

I know you said you have lack of funds but so do I and I have read all of deans books and am looking to assign contracts/bird dog to begin and build enough sufficient funds before I actually go out and purchase property yet....I just want to get my foot in the door like you.
