Hello everyone, I was drivig by my neiborhood a couple of days ago and saw two townhouses that seem pretty new. My guess is that whoever invested into the houses didn't have enough money to finish it. I'm trying to find out who owns it but have had no luck. I need other options. Please help! Thank you!
