Thanks for responding to my PM. What I'm looking to do are assignments (FSBO)I've read DG books and I'm putting together a team Accts., brokers, contractor etc. I just need some help with one or two deals. Don't have the money yet to go through the Success Academy I know when I do one or two assignment deals that will put me on track. I have a couple of Buyer lined up. What's next? My Goal is to do at least one assignment deal by the end of Jan. 2011 and two a month moving forward. I'M READY my friend.
What is next? You must learn how to find properties that you can assign. I have multiple cash buyers, if you can't find a buyer yourself.
What I do is wholesale or fix/flip myself. My buyers will buy all day long if you can find properties that they can purchase at 70% of actual quick sell ARV minus repair costs in a decent area anywhere in the Denver metro area.
I will be glad to help you with one or two deals or all you can provide.
