What i have here in maine is a three bedroom with a full walk in basement almost finished.tav has it as a two bed because the basement br is new.(equity??)new oil furnace,roof,chimmeny liner(flu).It is a country setting on 1 acre of land.School within a mile and stores in the area.Geat view of the Maine countryside.Storage building on the property.Seller will leave many furnishings behind.Pool table,washer dryer etc.After the close she is looking to take her cash to Az. and buy a home there.I will give her to whoever can help me close this deal.she should have 60-80k to spend.
