Anyone received this email?

I received an email from one of Dean's top students 2 weeks ago. It reads: "I have taken Wholesaling to a whole new level!!

I have connected with various banks and Hedge Funds nation wide and I now have properties available at INSANE discounts in every state across the country.

I have over 2,000 properties available and I would like to give you the opportunity to make some money with me...

If you find a buyer for any of the properties in your state I will give you a portion of my wholesale fee.

Or maybe you are looking to buy a property for yourself? These properties are way below market price and are guaranteed to be a great investment!

Send me an email and let's do it!!"

I responded twice and have never heard back. Does anybody know what's up with this offer? Thanks so much for everyone's input and assistance.

Call support

and mention the student's name?

Here's the number: 866-510-8060.

I find it hard to believe that a student of Dean's would send unsolicited email (aka spam) without permission. So contact support and let them know what's going on. If this person really is a "top student" there would be no need for them to send out emails to get buyers/sellers.

Could also be some scrupulous person posing as a top student which would be even more lame.

They had my email from another "opportunity" for which I had responded. I don't mind the email since they are from a DG student, it's just that I hate misleading emails just so they can build a list (if that is the case). It's a great way for them to lose credibility.
