After purchasing tons of real estate books, tapes and seminars for the past 20 years (on and off), I've found Dean's books to be among the best. I have read 3 of his books and he has rejuvenated my enthusiam for real estate.
I have access to buyers and want to do assignment deals to generate cash. If you have properties but no buyers contact me via PM. We can split profits.
I also have knowledge of short sales, lease-options, subject to's, owner financing and cash flow notes. If the seller won't negotiate price always look at negotiating terms.
Short Sale
I have an offer in on a short sale with Bank of America. The thing is, the owner is getting a divorce, and they recently added her husband's name as an owner on the county website. Doesn't that mean my contract is no longer valid? I need a buyer who can help me with this. If you are interested I will send you my info package. They are saying we can now close in 30 to 45 days. What a long process!
