My prayers are with everyone on the east coast and where ever Irene hits. Have we ever had a hurricane 1,000 miles wide or long? Does anyone know?

Hey Annette, yes this is a very large hurricane for sure, but i heard it is 600 miles from our local weather channels, But either way look out..
