"I am a Realtor in Baton Rouge and I am looking for an investor or group of investors to work with. At present I am working with one investor from Shreveport. I search out foreclosures, short sales, bank owned properties and properties within 2 weeks of selling in a sheriff's sale. He buys the properties and in turn I do a CMA on each property and help him price it for resale or lease to purchase. Occasionally I will list the property. I also locate commercial properties for him at times. Are you interested in anything such as this? If you give me your requirements and it is on the market here I will find it. I am open to most propositions that earn money. Thanks."

Really guys, I've had this agent contact me on more than one occasion, and he's interested in working with investors. Is there not anybody here that lives in that area or is working that area that needs a good agent? I just can't believe that.

I am in Houma, LA, currently trying to get a realtor in place. My plan is to eventually expand to New Orleans and Baton Rouge. I was going to start in Houma, but I might possibly be able to do something similar to what Carol Stinson does(Online Wholesaling) in Baton Rouge.
Even if I can't do business with this realtor right now(please read bio), I could work with him in the future.
