Alright I send yall a pm, but I spoke to about 8 title companies and none of them does double escrow, wrap mortgages, assignments on anything like that. Do yall have a title company you guys worked with that does these type of transactions?

How are you? How's biz going? Hope all is well. I am from Chicopee,Ma. Western part near Spfld. I am starting off with wholesaling. I have done and love real estate in the past. I bought, fix up and instead of selling the property, I would fall in love with end product. So, I would rent. The wholesaling strategy is all new to me, but I love how it works. Anyways, I wanted to drop you line, and if you got any advice for me, it would be greatly appreciated!

We started to go to a mentorship program through a local college that is taught by business owners and backed by the SBA. Our goal was to get a SBA loan for veterns, however they wants us to have some kind of actually business. So we are still working on that. How's biz going? I checked out your site. Wow, bro, amazing!!! Well put together. I see you build sites on the side. We definitely have to hook up. Has anyone had much success with Assignments? I am new and trying to build my buyers list and sellers list. I want to make this work I also need a good Private Money Lender or Hard Money Lender know of any good ones in our area?
I am excited to see there are other DG members in my area!
