OfflineDoes anyone know of a bank in Wisconsin that will do non-seasoned, cash-out refi's? I have had no problem finding sellers, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers, but have had absolutely no luck with banks!

They can do cash out refi's on investment properties. I know one who will do it, pm me if you want contact info.

You will have better luck with the small banks.
Look up Joe Jurick on here, he has some scripts and tips you can use when you contact the banks.
