I was looking to buy in the Bonita Springs area and tracked the South Lee County, FL real estate transactions for that area from March 2011 through March 2012. I found there was more inventory back in March 2011 then there is now. There was alot of activity, alot of sales in that year. I am finding now that inventory is going down and prices are going up.
Pretty smart. I've come to the same conclusion. End up buying anything? Change your mind?
