I too have that program through DG. I actually received it as part of a package of Advanced Training that I purchased back in 2009. I am now using Prop Trend almost daily, and love every minute of it. It gives you data on a given property, provides comps (recent sales data), and I just discovered will create a pretty comprehensive report if you are trying to sell a property to other investors.

There is a lot to the program, and a lot to learn; but I love everything I am finding as I go along. I too would have liked a complete course on how to use the tool, but it really is a very very useful tool. Just jump in, start plugging in your property details, and you are off to the races!!

it's very helpful, I been watch the over view and hand on training. I will master it and it's very nice to know work well.

Do you know if it's up to date or not? the price on the homes are toward high?

Great advice on going to the website to get training for Prop Trend.
There was a lot of time spent creating this great program, and even more importantly, creating helpful tutorials to use this program. Go to www.proptrend.com and you will find the 4 training videos very helpful. I love the feature that Prop Trend allows you to do "Comps" on properties and can actually print out reports. I hope this helps.
