Why just market your DEALS to local investors?>>Why Not GLOBAL?

So I haven't seen this type of thing on DG before...so I wanted to share this type of strategy with everyone. One night my business partner and I were trying to come up with even newer marketing strategies and we came up with an old favorite!

Here it is...

Craigslist will let you market to any country anywhere!

So think of the US economy VS Canadian currency.....

If you pay attention to the exchange rate these days you will find out why so many Canadians are buying up all the property in the US. And it doesn't stop there....many investors in many countries are setting there sites on the US for property and they have a ton of $.

Nuff said...you can think even a little more outside the box and not just direct your marketing toward the local investors in your area...yet expand out to the globe, to Canada, Hong Kong, England and where ever else the trending global market feels right for you.

Your fingers can touch the World in these times, we must recognize this.

Example....My Dad just put an ad in USA Today to sell some Timber. The ad cost $400 dollars. Yes it was a gamble but...the USA Today has over 5 million readers or even more. Long story short...he sold that property two weeks later to a Family in England and made a BANKROLL.

Just an addition to this blog...you also when marketing to other countries have to be aware of SCAMS and Viruses when crossing over to another continent. When a prospective site leaves you a link it is probably not a good idea to go directly to that link. Respond only via phone or to a legitimate website that your Antivirus system has scanned over first. But if you have the patience to avoid all of the garbage you....just by making a small step toward Global Marketing can bring to you the attention of so many more opportunities you will very much Laugh Out Loud..

What has been your success rate with people purchasing properties from you from other countries?

Are there other sites to advertise your props. Internationally?
Do you know any of the International RE Laws with regards to people investing in the USA?
Are there any statistics of the amount or type of foreigners interested in investing in the USA.

I can tell you this; some of the highest currencies against the US dollars are Europe, Canada and Australia.

Countries like China's has a weaker dollar than the US but there is allot of money concentrated in the hands of a few in which those few have the money to acquire here in the USA and do.
