Thanks Bill

for sharing another great article! I have been missing them lately!

Houses in my area are taking longer to sell, but they are still selling, at a reduced price too!

Learning and progressing every day,
Valerie

Bill

I think alot of investors and homeowners are waiting the game out here.

Interesting enough I hear quite a few saying the mortgage rates will drop to 2% and the housing values will continue to fall.

Even more talk of unemployment rising to 40-50%. Crazy huh

Too many are scared to even try to qualify for home loans or refis

Mike,

Mortgage rates to touch 4% again. Unemployment to go to 11%. Housing off another 10 - 15%. Recovery not until 2014.

Those are my predictions. I am a big believer of demographics. You cannot fight that current.

Bill

I'm with you. The investors I was speaking with, based the interest rates to the ones in China... WE dont live there.

Wait or Jump in?

Bill,

your predictions make me feel very uneasy about purchasing anything right now... especially here in Cali... a 10% to 15% on a $250K, we're talking about a ~$30K drop! that's an out of state property!

Maybe hybernate until 2014! Eye-wink

Valerie,

there's always opportunities. You just have to do you homework and not buy indiscriminately. I feel a lot of people on this website will do that as they have no reference point.

Always remember that crazy market conditions can last longer than your pocketbook.
