People will panic if they ever told us the truth.

So true!

Regardless of the economy r.e. has and will be the best investment people can make. R.E. has probably produced more millionaires that any other industry and that is just from the investment side of things.

When talking to clients I feel we need to impress that upon them that this is the best direction they can be taking.

I see friends and other people that are losing so much money in their IRA's and 401's and they need to convert them to self directed and put that money into r.e. for returns of 14-17%. the stock market is not doing that presently.

Randy is right, RE is the best place to get the best returns on your money in the current market conditions. Most people run the other way when the market takes a dip. What this tells the investor is……RE just went on sell.
Back in the 80s when RE was having another big sell, some investors didn’t run away they bought up as much RE as they could get their hands on. They are now today telling us how to invest in RE the right way. We need to listen and do as they say, if we want to be successful.
