used to be well off are now finding that they can't afford to pay their bills. So know they have to move out of that five bed/3 bath 350,000 house and get in to something smaller. And those going for their American Dream now find that entry prices are WAY too expensive for them. Sad problem.
(Mike have you ever heard of Jay Shafer and the Tiny House movement? His company is called Tumbleweedhouses. Thats also the site name. Its really interesting to see what he builds.)
In the last four years in my town, four at least 200 unit apartment complexes have been built.

I don't want to end up like that. What are some things I could to avoid being in that situation?
And how could I get a market anaylsis in my local market?
