A lot of these sites are not accurate. I would not trust them 100%. Better to get actual comps on the property. These sites are only for reference.

I have never really trusted them 100%, but now wondering if I should use at all??? What is the value, of course I guess one could say that nothing is 100% accurate. Just wondering the value of using this. What information can I trust really?

The little red stick pin isn't always the most accurate but I haven't encountered the numbers provided for the property being in error. Total View also has an area where you can launch google or bing maps which give better views and angles of the property.
I have noticed as well that sometimes, houses do not correspond with the addresses.

that even google maps/earth has this fallacy also. Although I must say that Bing maps has been rather accurate for me lately, not to mention the 3d type rotatable views.
