I just had to post this. I just got my first hit from an invester on Linkedin that is talking about building apartment houses. I just asked him what his idea was. I know it's not mutch, but it's quite exiting to have my first invester contact me about a deal after a year of placeing adds all over everywhere.

What strategies have you been using so far to get your buyers?
I hve been "dabbling" for a yr and did though get 7 deals under contract here in san diego but got the deals 1st instead of the buyers and 3 of them were junk after getting estimates, 4 of them I didn't have the EMD to hold them until I could get buyers so now I have decided that from now on I am working from 8-5pm on REI & I have 8 buyers on my list here I just added another one from an investors meeting that I went to. Off we go about to make offers, made 15 offers yesterday and will make some more today, we have to be persistent as you say.
