If you are still looking for wholesalers, try craigslist! Wholesalers post "ghost ads" looking for Investors!
Ghost ads that say: "3/2 must sell", "3/2 Owner Desperate" etc. The classifieds are a great place to find wholesalers. I'd also start attending real estate investment clubs in your area.

You can also give some bandit signs a call. Many of the people posting bandit signs are wholesaling properties.
