OfflineOne thing that I recently started doing before I email blast a new property to my buyers list is that I "text blast" from my phone.
I have been collecting cell phone numbers of my cash buyers and save them on my phone as "REI-John-Smith", for example.
So, after I leave a house with a signed contract and I do a video walk through or after I snap a picture of the house and "attach it" to a new text message, I type the address, beds, baths, sq footage and my price into a text message... I then select all the "REI's" on my phone and click send.
Usually within minutes I'll get texts back or phone calls.
Just a tip I thought I'd share!
