Np girlie!!!!!!! And thank you so much!!!!!!! I'm still excited about our union!!!!!!! Tell me about it, everyone on here are just so warm and kind and willing to learn together and help others!!!!!!! This is a very rare community...much like my job where I am...everyone is super sweet and kind..(some people seem weird..but who doesn't>??)..lol..but like I was shocked that places like that even existed in this sad sinful world! lol..thank the Lord that places like this do exist!!!!!!! It's a really motivating and fun environment...so it's a great place to seek some positive energy when you feel depleted at times. And of course, I will make sure that I plant my feet tightly to the ground so even if I feel like running...I won't be able to because I'd be stuck like chuck! lol...Thanks for the advice on that!

Also, I just looked at your location! ok, you're my neighbor in terms of states...lol..So I think we could make things happen for sure!!!!!!! Also, once I become settled and my hubby gets his career going where he wants it...our permanent residence is actually going to be in Dallas...we are giving ourselves b/n 2-3 years before we make that move. But that's where we are going for a fact! Who knew!?!?! lol...hot beans and cornbread!!!...sorry I can't stand cool beans! lol....

Hey Ms. Gen, you must have ESP. I was thinking of you today as we celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary. We were driving down the interstate when I saw a billboard that said something similar to what you said in one of your posts a couple of days ago. I just smiled and my husband said, "why are you smiling? Is it because we are looking at 20 years behind us?" I laughed and said, "yeah, it could be, but no. I saw that billboard and it reminded me of Ms. Gen on DG." Anywho, as you say, I see you have been here a lot. I'm very excited for you and Nick getting started so quickly with networking and that you are applying some of the things myself and others have shared with you. I'm proud of you! Keep up the good work!
My latest report: I spoke with a realtor (whom I accidentally found out is an investor also) in a city that is 54 miles from me. The area is very hot with growth and sales right now. He sent me 51 listings I have been sorting through and have narrowed down to 10. So I have come up with offers to submit and will be calling him later today with the 5 best deals.

Sorry I haven't said hello in a while!!! I have been going through so much this past month and 1/2!!!!!!! But thank the Lord all is getting back to normal!

lol..."anywho-" ...lol...(I do say that alot huh??) I just wanted to see how everything was going for you? And just wanted to tell you that yes, I have taken about a 2 week or so break. But I am slowly forcing myself back into the "saddle" of things! So I am just taking my time and still trying to learn as much as I can. I'm still taking that RE class this year coming! So, I just have to learn to be more patient. It's hard, but I'm going to take my time.

I hope you've done great! If you ever made a deal, let me know how that went!!!!!!! And I noticed you stated that you were doing bids. If you could please talk with me about that, I would so love to learn how to do that properly. I'm so scared of doing bids, I fear I'll get into debt, and do not want to do that. If you don't mind, I would love to learn what made you comfortable with placing the bids?
