Updating My Buyers List

As 2014 arrives I am updating my buyers list. If you are actively buying I would like to hear where and what you are looking for.

Buyers list

Hi Therin,

I was thinking I needed to do the same and started reading the posts when I logged in. I saw yours and thought wow.
it is true. great minds think alike. so, I am updating my list as well. To all of the DG Family, Happy and Prosperous NewYear, and if there are any cash buyers out there, landlords or otherwise, let me know what you are looking for and where. I may have what you are looking for. If I don't have it, then I can find someone who does. Thank you.

Buyers Letter

Do you all have a Buyers letter that you wouldn't mind sharing? I've been trying to come with one that I can mail out to prospective Buyers and am stuck on how and what to say. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
