I just learned something

I just learned something that I want to share with everybody.
We can actually buy a list of absentee owners from the local PVA office. I called the one in Lexington, Kentucky and they are going to email me a request form. Based on that form they will quote me a price.
That looks like a promising strategy to get access to that niche.
Try it, there is no way to lose.

Absentee Owners

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for sharing how to get a paid Absentee Owner list. You can also get the same list for free from the County Recorders Office or if you have the Prop Trend Software you can pull it from there. Try these methods as well.
