Hello DG family. I have buyers looking for smaller 10 units to very large 500+ unit multi-family properties off market and I wanted to know does anyone have any suggestions on how I should market to find what my buyers are looking for ?

Here are a couple of suggestions on finding some good deals on off market properties.
You can look at FSBO’s. They are the sleeper that a lot of people overlook or don’t want to deal with as they feel it will be difficult to deal with the seller directly. FSBO’s especially those that have signs in yards are great resources.
The other would be to contact for rent signs and see if the owner is interested in selling or has a property they are looking to sell. If they don’t have anything, they may know someone who does.
