I have a question.....

Did you close on that deal and move on because if you did then you can also put in the ad previous property have many more like it (in fine letters all the way at the bottom)

When you create a postlet it markets your property to a couple of sites, that would explain on how an agent called you. I don't know if you can turn that feature off but you can try. If the agent called the listing agent, I would just tell the agent that your funding was falling through and you didn't want to back out the deal so you were looking for another buyer because you knew you can make money on assigning the property.

I am not sure exactly what your question is here. If you no longer have the property under contract, you can log into your Postlets acct and click on "Expire" by that particular ad and it will remove it.

It IS illegal to advertise a property that you do not have "equitable interest" in, meaning either own it or have it under contract, unless you are a licensed RE agent.

Of course I had it locked up!

I am trying to figure out if this postlet can be saved for my personal use and not have it post to other sites.
I just want to promote a property to my Buyer and that's it.

Oh, I see what you are saying. You are just kind of wanting to use it for the template for your emails, etc. I can't find anywhere on there to do that. Of course, I'm not real techy...

I know that there are other templates available on other sites to do that. I have gotten emails with them from other wholesalers.

If you find out how to do this, would be a good share.

You can save your postlet as a 'draft'; however, you cannot just print a copy of the postlet or email it to just your buyers; you can only email them a link to the 'active' postlet, which will be on Zillow once activated.

11. What's the difference between draft and active modes?

A draft Postlet is a Postlet that is still a work in progress, while an active Postlet is one that is published and shared with syndication partners. You can save your Postlet in draft mode if it's incomplete or if you want to stage it, such as if you are planning on adding photos later. Once it's ready to go live, simply activate it from your My Postlets page or from the top of the Postlet overview page.
12. How do I activate my Postlet from draft?

You can activate your Postlet from your My Postlets page or by clicking on the Activate Postlet button at the top right of the Postlet overview page. All of your Postlets (except for those you have deleted) will remain manageable from your My Postlets page.

14. What is Postlets MINI?

Postlets MINI is a "widget" of your listing. You can embed the code in your blog (e.g. Blogger, Wordpress) or on your own website to display a miniature version of your listing. There are three different sizes and each links back to the full-sized listing. MINIS are available for real estate for sale and for rent Postlets.

You can find the code to copy and paste into your blog or website, along with the HTML for your Postlet, on the Postlet Promote tab for that Postlet.

I always learn something valuable from you all. Thank you for sharing and helping us all out on here. Reynolds I like your explanation to the agent, as it seems some are really out there testing us at times. Right now I found a new agent, but not sure I am going to use him as he played 20 questions by text last night and now wants to go over a whole outline of how he helps investors. Sounds like he wants to grill me some more. Just found out today my realtor was sick the last two weeks and his wife hid his phone, because doctors told him to rest. I thought he had abandoned me.

The wonders of modern technology I know you can take a picture of your screen if you have an android phone and then upload it (I would block any numbers listings or some information no longer relevant )

I will see if it can work with Apple phones as well
