Has anyone had any luck using a specific vendor for a direct mailing list that is simple and cost effective to use?
If so, I would love a recommendation.
The ones I have seen seem to be overly complicated and not super clear as to what Dean and Matt suggest. To my understanding they recommend:
1) Non-owner occupied homes
2) No mortgage owed on the home
I can't seem to find a easy to use direct mailing list company online that specifically state those two options.
Any suggestions of how to set up a customer list besides those two things?
Any feedback is sincerely appreciated!

Excellent, thank you very much.
When you narrow down the search list, what are the factors you found that work best? The verbiage seems to be somewhat complicated.
Thanks

Excellent, thank you for sharing with me. I will look into them. 3/2 would be much preferred of course!
