Hey Nate, can u send me some names of cash buyers or point me in the right direction of where I can search for them. I am at the stage where I need to establish a list in order to more further. Thanks!
Cash buyers are going to be investors. Investors are found several ways. Here are a few I like:
- Real Investment Clubs. You can go to http://www.creonline.com/real-estate-clubs/ Once there find your state then find a club near you. Go to the club and hand out business cards as well as gather cards from possible buyers.
- From the newspaper. People will list that they buy houses. Call them and ask if they purchase properties from assignment of contract / double closing or whatever.
- From road signs. The same as the newspaper. People will post that they buy houses. Call and ask them if they purchase cash.
