I would be wanting to steal business from them or anything, but it sounds too good to be true, if they're telling you that you can get into a house with no down program. Or, am I dreaming here?
Two ways to make yours stand out.
1) have the paper put handwritten circles around the ad. NOT perfect circles.
2) Turn your ad upside down.
join them...
what I see when I read those adds is not competition, but...buyers for your properties!
call them and ask if they need any more properties that you can find for them!

they could be desperate in finding a tenant (hence $0 down) and you could pick the home up from them at $0 down and re-let it. Just a different type of sandwich lease. We meet other investors that don't have a clue all the time and we always offer to take their problems off their hands.
