i saw a video on this
and so i tried it and i have been getting buyers
i have already gotten 10 buyers
but what you do is go to http://www.trulia.com/
sign up its FREE!!!!
(also just a side note sign up to recieve info on new posts because everytime someone puts up something new you will get a email and you can reply and send that person to your website etc...)
click on advice
a drop down will come up
then click on trulia voices home
type in buy a house in the first box
and in the second one put your zipcode in
and then hit enter
and all the people that are looking for houses
will pop up and other post as well
but what you want to do is click on one and try to answer there question if you can
and tell em about your business or service
MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE YOUR INFO
your name
email address
website etc....
try it out

I just thought I'd share this like I said good way to get buyers
And I got your pm I will give those people a call I have not forgotten about you
I have registered there, now I can look for buyers here too, am currently working on a property in north texas so if my current buyer does not want the property have another place to find buyers for it.

It's a little bit funny, but I was on Total View and Zillow when I saw a link to Trulia. Was just about to share the link when I saw your post. What a small world we live in and getting closer to people thru the web. So very pleased to have crossed paths with you. I'll try your tip after finishing up with this comment. Just at the point where I'm starting to put together a Buyers list. Kind of having a bit of fun on this journey as the pace quickens.

just wanted to say thanks for everyone of you guys that had answered some question on this post i haven't been posting lately but i have been reading when i get the chance just trying to do deals and better my self and help as many others that i can i still doing deals in cleveland ohio so if anyone runs across anyhing here dont be a stranger

They have changed the site but once you figure it out it works well. I had not used trulia much before this.
