Court house notice of default

Court house notice of default

I was wondering if anybody knows who the banks give the notice of default information to at the court house to post.

I have called the court house in my town and they tell me to call an attorney.

I'm getting know where fast.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Typically law firms will be in charge to do the job on behalf of the bank. However, I believe they use local process servers to post the notices to the homeowners. Depending on the size of your town, there might be few process servers.
