I need some advice on how to compile a buyers list.

Any ideas or tricks someone could share?

The first thing is to become a member of your local REIA Club, you can meet alot of Cash Buyers there.The best way is calling FOR RENT ADS, these are Landlords that in alot of case's want more property, so if you call and talk to this person, once you have the conversation and he tells you he wants more property. Well you already know the area he or she buys in , you also know how many BR and BA they like because you just called the FOR RENT AD.
The other way is get your Realtor to run all the the Cash Transactions in the last 90 days in your area, then you just look up the buyers mailing address on your county website and send them a letter. Hope this helps.
